The Mission Of The Real Estate Probate And Trust Law

The mission of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas is to provide support to its members and other attorneys practicing real estate, probate or trust law in Texas. To accomplish its goals, the Section utilizes its resources to: (1) monitor judicial and legislative developments, (2) educate lawyers and the public and inform them of developments of interest, (3) review and propose legislation advancing the utility, clarity and predictability of the laws of Texas, and (4) create and disseminate written and electronic materials that are of use to lawyers practicing real estate, probate or trust law.
